Donald Wilkinson

Donald Wilkinson enjoys a distinguished career in concert, opera, oratorio, recital and contemporary music. He has appeared at the music festivals of Saintes, Ribeauville, and Clisson in France and at Utrecht in Holland. Mr Wilkinson has performed as solist with Seiji Ozawa and the Boston Symphony Orchestra, Christopher Hogwood and and Handel and Haydn Society and the symphony orchestras of Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, Springfield, Portland, and Vermont. Since 1984 he has been a soloist in Emmanuel Music's famed Bach Cantata series under the direction of Craig Smith.

Donald is featured on Emanuel Music's first recording of Bach's Christmas Cantatas. His discography also includes the internationally acclaimed Johnny Johnson by Kurt Weill on Erato Disques, Angels with the Boston Camerata, and John Harbison's Recordare on Koch International Classics. He currently teaches voice a Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts.
