Meghan Metzger is a nonprofit professional with fifteen years of comprehensive development and leadership experience in a diverse range of institutions. She currently serves as Director of Donor Engagement and Stewardship for the Maine Medical Center.

She is known for collaboration, authentic communication, attention to detail, organization, a sense of humor, efficient systems advocacy, and strong relationship building.

She graduated from Bates College in 2007 with a BA in French Language and Literature and from Boston University in 2008 with a Master of Science, Arts Administration and a Certificate in Fundraising Management.

She started her professional career with The Boston Camerata in 2007 as Administrative Assistant / Concert Manager / Donor Engagement Steward. She has been serving on the Camerata's Board since 2022 and co-chairs the Development Committee.

A keen instrumentalist she served as Secretary of the Board of the Midcoast Symphony Orchestra and was an orchestra member. She also served as Board Member and Annual Giving Committee Chair for the Freeport Community Services.

She lives in Maine with her husband and daughter.
